Quick checks

• Make sure you’re on iOS 18 or later.
• Confirm notifications are enabled for Freshily in iOS Settings.
• If reminders seem off, open the app once to refresh your schedule.

Subscriptions

Freshily subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.

• Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Request a refund: See Apple’s refund policy
